Contactless App Terms

Effective: June 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Contactless mobile application ("App"), developed by Silicon Instructors. By installing or using the App, you accept these terms in full.

This agreement is solely between you and Silicon Instructors regarding the Contactless App. Your mobile carrier, device manufacturer, or app store (such as Google Play) are not parties to these terms.

Permitted Use

You are free to use the App for personal or professional contact management, save contact notes, view on-screen caller ID overlays, and backup your contacts directly to your private Google Sheets account.

Prohibited Activities

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Distribute modified, cloned, or repackaged versions of the App
• Use the App for any illegal activities, harassment, or transmitting spam
• Bypass or modify any security measures or local database encryption features

Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, layout, assets, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Silicon Instructors.

Any contact data or sheets structure generated remains your sole property. We do not claim ownership over any contacts or notes you manage through the App.

Provided As-Is

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be completely free of errors, bugs, or experience zero service interruptions.

Since your contact backups sync directly with Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs, we are not responsible for any data loss, API rate-limiting, or cloud service outages on Google's end.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] first to seek an amicable resolution.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance.
